Wallace was a life-long resident of Santa Anna. , Wally received his education from Santa Anna independent Schools, graduating in 1979. Soon after Graduating High School he joined the Military. He was never married and did not have any children of his own although he did help all of his brothers and sisters with raising their children. Wallace had several nicknames, "Brother", "Baby Brother", "Uncle Brother", and "Wally". No matter what you called him he always came willing to help, that's the type of man he was. He absolutely loved fishing, and was also proud to be a mountaineer, proud to be a "Dallas Cowboys" fan and more than anything proud of his family and friends. William Wallace Collins III "Wally" passed away at his home Monday March 21, 2016. Wallace is survived by sisters Loretta Collins, JoAnn Collins of Bryan TX, and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, many aunts, uncles and cousins. Two Cousins in particular that was more like a big sister, Barbara Nell Mitchell , Tommy Wallace Lewis, and Robbie Lee Goodwin, always had a special place in his heart, and his Dog Fatty Collins. Wally was preceded in death by parents William Wallace Collins Jr. and Katie Lee Collins.
