Victoria Ann Cobb-Moss 54 of Brownwood passed away Saturday January 4, 2014. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday January 10, 2014 at the New Testament Holiness Church in Bangs TX, with Pastor Ronnie White as the eulogist. A visitation will be held at Brownwood Funeral Home located at 2512 Belle Plain Ave. Thursday from 6-8 p.m.
Victoria was born in Cairo GA. February 10, 1959 to the parentage of Willie and Beatrice Cobb. Victoria grew up in Cairo receiving her education there. She later settled in Brownwood where she met the love of her life John Moss in 1983. They married in Bangs in 1985 and to this union was born 2 children. While here, she was a faithful member of the New Testament Holiness Church where she loved worshiping and praising her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She served faithfully as an ursher, took care of the Church Nursery, and she loved to sing. Victoria was a very lovable person who knew a lot of people, and never met a stranger. She would spend countless hours counseling with people on the phone and in person.
She leaves to cherish her memory husband of 28 years, John Moss of Brownwood, daughter Stephanie Moss of San Angelo TX, and son Travis Moss of Coleman TX, step children Lanetter Moss, and Aaron Moss both of Chicago IL. Five sisters, Patricia Cobb of Cairo GA, Virginia Roberson (Clarence) Albany GA. Five brothers, Ronnie Cobb (Faye) of San Antonio TX, Willie Cobb Jr. (Willie Mae) of Miami FL, Larry Cobb (Rosa) of Miami FL, Charles Cobb of Cairo GA, and Freddy Cobb and wife Yolanda.
Preceding her in death were father Willie Cobb Sr, and sister Debra Dian Jones.
