Shane Milam Parker, 46 years old, of Brownwood, Texas passed away on January 26, 2024, at Hendrick Hospital in Brownwood after a brief illness. Visitation will be on Friday evening, February 2nd from 5-7 p.m. at Brownwood Funeral Home, 2512 Belle Plain in Brownwood. Funeral services will be at Brownwood Funeral Home on Saturday, February 3rd at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Ron Parker officiating. A burial will follow at Greenleaf Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brownwood Funeral Home, 2512 Belle Plain in Brownwood. Shane Milam Parker was born in Moab, Utah on February 16,1977, to Ron and Nancy Parker. He attended high school in Brownwood and college at Texas Tech. His life was devoted to his music, friends, and family. Shane is survived by his 3 children: Penelope, Poet, and Pius; his father Ron Parker and wife Crystal; his mother Nancy Vanderveen, and husband Jim; his sister Stephanie Reeves; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Pallbearers will be Rossi Borgia, David Cain, Justin King, Jason Parsons, Cody Ross, and Coy Welker.
