Rollie Frank Snell 70 of Buffalo Gap, passed away at his home Monday October 27, 2014. A celebration of his life will be held at his home on Saturday November 1, 2014 from 12-4pm.
Rollie was born in Abilene TX, December 28, 1943 to the parentage of Rollie Monroe Snell and Jewel Irene Snell. Rollie received his primary education from Abilene independent school district graduating in the first class from Cooper High School in 1963. After Graduating High School Rollie moved to Napa California and spent several years there before returning to Buffalo Gap in the late 70's. While living in Buffalo Gap Rollie was an electrician and was employed by Buffalo Gap I&E. Rollie was a jack of all trades, he loved to work on cars, especially Hot Rods. He loved listening to music and watching sports,especially the Dallas Cowboys. Left to cherish his memories are 1 son Frank Owens (Tisha Michelle) of Tuscola TX, 3 sisters Linda Walker of West Lake La., Robbie Lott (Elmer) of Abilene, and Sharon Richey (Jerry) of Georgetown TX. 4 grand-daughters Hayleigh and Holleigh of Tuscola, Cassie and Nicki Veach and great-grandson Corbin. and a special friend Liz Storment. The family would like to acknowledge Generations Health care for their compassion and care.
