Ricky Dewayne Collier 63, of Brownwood, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Funeral Services will be Friday, April 15, 2022 at 11:00 am at Brownwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 5pm to 7pm also at Brownwood Funeral Home.

Ricky was born in Houston, Texas on June 10, 1958 to Bert and Margaret Collier.

Dad enjoyed and loved being outdoors. Along with camping, fishing, singing, and of course, playing his guitar. He loved his son and daughter in law, grandkids, and great grandkids dearly along with his family and friends. Dad was always smiling and full of joy. He always had people laughing and learning new things whenever they would cross paths. Even in his battle with cancer, he still managed to make everyone laugh. He was definitely the jokester of the family. He will never be forgotten.

Ricky is proceeded in death by his father Bert Collier and sister Vicky Collier.

He is survived by his son Jason Collier and wife Stephanie of Brownwood. His mother Margaret Collier and Sister Cindy Collins of Splendora, Texas. Grandkids Nicholas Potter and wife Jordan, Teonna Cox and husband Dennis, Ignacio Collier and Dezeray Collier all of Brownwood. Great grandkids Lincoln and Hazel and a host of extended nieces and nephews.
