R.B. Kelley 79 of Brownwood passed away Sunday July 19, 2015 at Oak Ridge Manor Nursing home. A graveside service will be held Wednesday July 22, 2015 at 10:00am at the Cedar Point Cemetery. A visitation will be held Tuesday July 21 at the Brownwood Funeral Home located at 2512 Belle Plain from 6-8pm R.B. Kelley was born July 11, 1936 is Maple TX, to the parentage of Henry and Veda Kelley. RB relocated to Brownwood in the late 70's, while in Brownwood he was a well known carpenter that loved his work. He loved to Fish, Camp, and loved just being outside. Left to cherish his memories are daughter Connie Kelley of Brownwood, 1, sister Doris Nowell of Lubbock, 3 grandchildren Billy Bryan Baccus, Michael Dale Baccus, and Hope Shantal Frame, and 5 great-grandchildren. R.B. was preceded in death by Wife Betty Sue Kelley, son Ronnie Bryan Kelley, both parents, 2 sisters Dorothy Nebhet, Christine Avery, and brother, BH. Kelley
