Rachel Ann Chandler, 42 of Brownwood, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 in Brownwood. A Memorial Service will be set at a later date.

Rachel was born on February 13, 1980 in Brownwood to Linda and David Watson Sr. .

Rachel attended Heartland Church while growing up. She graduated from Early High School and in her spare time enjoyed being around her cats, listening to Country and Rock and Roll music, drawing, and making bracelets with beads. Most of all, she loved being around family and cooking for her sons.

Rachel is preceded in death by parents Linda and David Wayne Watson Sr.

She leaves to cherish her life and memories: her loving partner of ten years Billy Nelson; 3 sons: Logan Watson Ripley, Mario-Tre Pabon III, and Payton Nelson. 1 brother: David Watson Jr. and wife Isabel along with their daughter Emily of Forth Worth. 4 aunts: Diana White and husband Johnny of Mercury, Janice Horton and husband Morris of Brownwood, Betty Kay Taylor and husband Andy of Brownwood, and Lorri Oswald and husband Bill of Onalaska 2 uncles: Tony Brandstetter and wife Tessa of Coleman, and Dale Brandstetter and wife Lynn of Hutto. Mother and Father in law Jan and Carl Owen of Brownwood along with a host of family and friends.
