Patsy J. Hart Roulston, age 82, was born on June 21, 1943, and peacefully entered Heaven on January 30, 2026. She passed away surrounded by love, with Joshua and Tiffany by her side. She went to Heaven at peace. Patsy was a truly kind and giving soul. She loved deeply and would do anything she could for anyone. Her heart was selfless, her spirit gentle, and her love unwavering. Family meant everything to her, and she showed that love through her care, compassion, and constant presence in the lives of those she cherished. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bascom and Rachel O'Neal, and her three sisters. She is survived by her beloved son, Eli Oden, and his wife, Dana Oden; her grandchildren, Racheal, Erin, Elise, Matthew, and Joshua; and many precious great-grandchildren who brought her endless joy. Her sisters are Mickey Chamberlain, Melba Merritt and Betty Green. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
