Michael Ray Reeves, 43, of Brownwood, TX passed away suddenly on September 21, 2022, after being in a car accident. A Graveside service will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 2pm at Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery in Goldthwaite, TX.

Michael was born on July 2, 1979 in Georgetown, TX to David Graham and Deborah Tompkins.

Michael was a beloved son, brother, father and grandfather. He worked as a maintenance man for over 15 years and loved helping people wherever he went. He was an avid fisherman and loved to be on the water. He enjoyed making people laugh and you could always count on him to brighten your day.

He is preceded in death by his biological father David Graham, his paternal aunt Christina Graham, paternal grandparents William and Helen Graham, and his maternal grandparents Floyd Tavel Sr. and Sedalia Hustead.

Michael is survived by his mother and step-father Deborah and Walter Tompkins. Brother and sister-in-law Robert and Tosha Blake, sister and brother-in-law Wendy and George Vela, and sister Sheri Rodriguez. Along with Lisa Lawson, children Billy Gatlin, Paige Maldonado, Tori Burkett, and Kassidi Lawson, grandchildren Jorden Gatlin, Xayden Burkett, and Ella Alaniz.

Among his surviving relatives are many nieces and nephews. Nephew Raymond and spouse Shelby, niece Sierra and spouse Ari, niece Kortney, nephew George and spouse Amanda, nephew Caleb Fulton, niece Allison Fulton, and niece Sara Rodriguez, nieces Jessica Blake, Brittney Blake, and Zoe Blake and many more great nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be: Jared Jones, Ernie Tompkins, Kevin Lambert, Melvin Holland, Shay Tompkins and Ray Ray Christner.
