Mary Ann Dozier – Harless went to be with the Lord on Saturday October 29, 2022 after a brief illness. She was born on November 22, 1950 in Brownwood, TX and lived in Virginia and Minnesota for the first part of her life ending up in Dallas where she graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1968.
She had been a resident of Bangs Nursing Home for the last 14 years of her life and absolutely loved it there. She will be remembered as a sweet, caring, and funny person who was always interested in everything that was happening around her. She enjoyed her many friends at the nursing home and also all the nurses and care givers as well. Mary was an avid artist in her own right and loved to draw, color and paint pictures of things she loved. The Cowboys were HER team and never missed a game via radio or TV!
She leaves behind her sister, Linda Silvers of Bangs, TX and son Rocky Harless and many cousins including Cindy Westerman of Brownwood, TX, Meladee Boyle of Little City, OK, Morris Pruitt, Judy Stanford and Jean Roberts all of Azle, TX, Danny Sotello and BJ Sotello of Brownwood, TX, Diana Julian and family of Dallas, TX, and Sherry, Glenn and JC Prince of California, two Aunts Carrol June Wells of Bangs and Carmen Riches of Tipp City, Ohio, and a host of close friends.
In lieu of flowers it is preferred that a donation be made to the Tunnel to Tower Organization.
