Obituary

Maria Esther Anzaldo-Vasquez, 68 of Brownwood, passed away with family by her side, on Thursday, May 14th, 2015 at Songbird Lodge. Funeral services will be held Friday May 22 at 11:00am at the Milton Ave. Baptist Church located at 702 Milton Ave. A visitation will be held at the Brownwood Funeral Home Thursday May 21, 2015 from 6-8pm. Maria was born October 10, 1946 in El Tule Sinaloa, Mexico to the parentage of Juan and Adelia Anzaldo. She received her education in Sinaloa, Mexico before moving to Madera, California. Maria moved to Brownwood, Texas in 1976. In 1977 Maria married Ralph Vasquez. Maria met her common law husband Desiderio Espinosa in August of 2003 and they have been together ever since. Maria worked at Brownwood Manufacturing as an Inspector where she retired in June of 2003. Maria loved going to bingo, dancing, cooking, and she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, Maria also loved to travel even if it was just a trip out of the city limits she loved the ride she also loved going to church as well. In addition to her loving parents, Maria was preceded in death by a brother Jose L. Anzaldo and a sister Rosa M. Anzaldo Left to cherish her memories are her common law husband Desiderio Espinosa of Brownwood; Two daughters: Mary Constancia (Joe) of Brownwood, Hilda Jimenez (Abe) of Brownwood; Two sons: Joe Ontiveros (Angela) of Brownwood, Kenny Vasquez (April); Grandchildren: Christopher Constancia, Jose Constancia, Gabby Constancia, Sebastian Constancia, Zac Harris, Kahli Ontiveros, Kaimon Ontiveros, Able Jimenez, Aaron Jimenez, Aiden Jimenez, Axton Jimenez, Desire Vasquez, Saydi Vasquez, Rico Blake Vasquez, Cesarrio Kruz Vasquez; Great grandchildren: Ason Joe Constancia, Kenny Vaccaro III, Kendon Vaccaro. Two Sisters: Hilda Anzaldo R. Teran of Madera, California, and Alberta Anzaldo Sierra; Four Brothers: Juan F. Anzaldo of Mexico, Jesus Anzaldo of Madera, California, Ricardo Anzaldo of Mexico, and Jesus O.
