Mr. Lacy Ousley was born August 25, 1939 in Tunica, MS to Jonus Ousley and Raycinne Lula Ousley. Lacy spent his school years in Tunica and went on to graduate from Rosa Fort High School.
Lacy moved to Chicago, IL where he started his life long career of truck driving, which he loved to do and did so for many years.
Lacy loved to play cards as much as he loved the casinos. He also enjoyed shooting pool and entertaining others with his DJ skills. His nickname to some was Butter Ball.
Lacy Ousley was called home on September 3rd, 2019 in Brownwood,Tx. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, wife Shirley J. McClain, one daughter Samantha and 20 siblings.
He leaves behind special friends Inez Crawford of Chicago IL, and Lucille Clark of Tunica MS, TX; daughters Marva McCullough of Chicago IL, Sharon Johnson of California, Yolanda Davis and Ray Davis III of Brownwood TX, Raycinne McClain of Tunica MS, Neicey Weeden (John Nelson) of Tunica, MS and Maryinicea and Electra EcFord of Chicago, IL. Also left to cherish his memory are two sons Al McClain of Tunica MS and Lacy Jr of Chicago IL. Numerous grandchildren great, great-great grandchildren, And host of extended family and many friends.
