Karen was born in Tulsa OK, to the parentage of Fred and Kathlen Rentie the family moved to Texas in 1993. Karen was a member of the New Testament Holiness Church in Bangs. Karen was a very loveable person with a kind spirit. She loved to cook, sing and clean, and just loved people in general and never met a stranger. Karen was a very giving person who would help just about anyone out.Karen D. McKinney 55 of Bangs past away Thursday January 23, 2014 at her home. Left to cherish her memories are 3 daughters, LaTisha K. Atta, of Tulsa OK, Oneza Atta of Brownwood and Yvonne McAllister of Brownwood, son Fred McKinney of Bangs, and son in-law Luther Russell of Brownwood. 2 sisters Angela Abili and Lanita Rentie, and Brother Fred Rentie all of Tulsa Oklahoma, 6 Grandchildren, Tytionna Hamilton, Trisha Russel, Brook Russel, Ethan Russel, laTeef Atta, and Aquarius Russel and 1 unborn grandchild. 4 Nieces Ifeoma Abili, Myesha Rentie, Sy Rentie and Makayla Rentie. 6 Nephews Patrick Abili, Chuzy Abili, Michael Abili, Kewan Abili, Dustin Abili, DJ Howell And her dog Oreo.Preceding her in death are both parents
