"Dad's Love Note" Jeffrey Don Barnes was born September 1st, 1956 in Odessa, Texas and passed away April 25th, 2023 in Abilene, Texas. He lived out his days in Brownwood, Texas. He enjoyed fishing, grilling and jammin' on his guitar. He never met a stranger and always held the door for the ladies.
