Herman E. Smith Jr. 66 of Brownwood passed away March 23, 2016 at Songbird Nursing Home in Brownwood TX, A memorial Service will be held Saturday March 26, 2016 at 2:00pm at the Brownwood Funeral home located at 2512 Belle Plain. Son of Bertha Barnum and Herman Smith Sr. Herman Jr. was born March 24, 1950 in San Benito CA, Herman was a kind man who touched many lives. He smiled and joked and laughed all the time. Herman liked to play guitar and sing songs changing the words to funny phrases. Herman is survived by his daughter Brenna Smith of Oklahoma, Brother Don Smith of Michigan, Brother Donald Langham of Arizona, sister, Linda Abernathy of Brownwood, sister Loretta Smith of Austin, sister Donna wilkins of Monro Georgia, sister Jennie Smith of Abilene TX, Sister Georgetta Jones of Abilene and 1 grandson. Herman will be missed, and was special in every way. Herman was preceded in death by both parents and brothers jimmy Smith and Carl Moore.
