Freddie Paul Williams 85, of Brownwood passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021. A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday September 14, 2021 at 11am at Greenleaf Cemetery in Brownwood, TX. Freddie was born May 1, 1936 to Pearlie Mae "Big Momma" Williams and Coleman Williams. Freddie received his primary education from RF Hardin and Brownwood High School. He enjoyed going to the Senior Citizen Center to play dominoes with his friends and enjoyed watching all sports. He especially loved seeing the Cowboys lose. Freddie was an avid San Francisco 49er fan. Freddie loved his family, but was especially fond of Deveney, Donovan, Kendrick, Marcus, Vera, and Roman. He is preceded in death by both parents; wife Geraldine "Jerrie" Williams; 3 brothers: Robert Williams, Curtis Williams, and Walter Williams Sr.; 1 sister: Mary Elizabeth Pierson. Left to cherish his memories is sister-in-law Ester Williams; 2 brothers; Joe Williams (Launa) of San Francisco, Dennis Wade (Nedra) of Brownwood; 2 sisters: Carol Sue Stanfield of Sacramento, and Madeline Bradley (Dennis) of Brownwood. Nieces and Nephews that he loved as his own children: Sherry Barron of Brownwood, Gary "Potsie" Barron (Sheri) of Brownwood and Walter Williams Jr. (Nathalie) of Abilene, Joseph Hawthorne, The Moseley and Polaski Family.
