Frances was born February 9, 1941 in Naples Florida to the parentage of James Bennett and Ruby Robinson. She received her primary education from the Naples Florida School system. At the age of 16 Frances met and married the love of her life Raymond Parson Sr. and spent 57 wonderful years together. In 1978 the family moved to Brownwood Texas, here she Attended Grace Baptist Church and was very active in the church. Frances loved to sing in the church choir, and loved spending time with her children and family.Frances Bennett-Parsons 73 of Brownwood passed away Monday October 13, 2014 at Brownwood Regional Medical Center. Left to cherish her memories are, mother Ruby Bennett of Naples Florida, Daughter Sherri Parsons (Greg Sherertz) of Key West Florida, Son Ray Parsons Jr. (Donnetta Shelton) of Brownwood, sister Betty Bowers (Andy) of Fort Myers Florida, Brother Jimmy Bennett of Naples Florida, and 4 Grandchildren Jeremia Spurlock, Jessica Parsons, Bart Parsons, and Nathan Parsons.Frances was preceded in death by Father James Bennett, and Husband of 57 years Raymond Parsons Sr. Special thanks to the nurses and ladies that cared for our beloved Frances since 2011.
