Dwight Wayne Kennard was born in Dallas, Texas March 19, 1953 to the parents of RL Sr. and Lessie Faye Kennard (whom both preceded him in death). He was a graduate of L. G. Pinkston High School. He accepted Christ at an early age at Ledbetter Baptist church. Then later joined First Baptist Church Hamilton Park, where he served on the security department until his failing health. In 1973, he married his loving and devoted wife Deborah Kennard of 40 years. He leaves to cherish his memories: 2 daughters, Jacquel Evans(David) and Dedra Kennard of Dallas; 2 sons Devitt Kennard of Brownswood Tx and Jeray Kennard (Renee) Dallas TX. 6 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
