Delbert passed Saturday, December 2nd, 2017. He is survived by three children: Jimmy Don Parker of Elk City, OK; Tabitha Brown of Abilene, Texas; Kaycee Oliver; four grandchildren: Corbynn, Avalynn, Madilynn Brown; Jimmy Don Parker Jr.; four brothers: Michael McNiel of Odessa, TX; Randal McNiel Jr. of Hamlin, TX; Johnny McNiel of Hamlin, TX; Ronnie McNiel; three aunts, one uncle, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Delbert was born September 7, 1969 in Andrews, Texas. He was a man of many skills and trades. His favorite past time hobbies include fishing, playing dominoes, cooking BBQ, spending time with family and friends, and playing with his beloved grandchildren. Delbert was preceded in death by his parents, Randall (Duck) and Geneva McNiel, a sister Evelyn (Sissy) McNiel, and many aunt's and uncles. Delbert was loved by many and will by missed dearly.
