June 9, 1969 - December 28, 2025
Daniel Quintanilla was born on June 9, 1969, in Brady, Texas. On December 28, 2025, Daniel entered eternal rest and went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents: Agapito Quintanilla and Herminia Chapa, sister: Martina Morales, sister Mary Helen Routt, nephews: Agapito Morales, and Jodie Junior Routt, nieces: Veronica Solis and Catherine Morales.
He is survived by his son, Daniel David Quintanilla and wife Brittney of Colorado, and his daughter, Tiffany Gonzales of San Antonio,Texas, and grandchildren. Yolanda Gonzales and husband Maximiliano of Beeville, Texas;Pedro Quintanilla and wife Teresa of Smithville, Georgia; Robert Quintanilla and wife Gabriella of Cochran, Georgia;Rosa Soliz of Fort Worth, Texas;
Aurora Rodriguez and husband Simon of San Angelo, Texas;
and Jesse Quintanilla of Fort Worth, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Daniel was a hardworking man, known as a skilled handyman and jack-of-all-trades. He had a special gift for carpentry, flooring, drywall, and artistic work. His creativity, generosity, and willingness to help others will be fondly remembered.
He loved spending time with family and friends and had a deep appreciation for music of all kinds, especially Tejano music, which brought him joy and comfort.
Though we mourn his passing, we rejoice in the promise of eternal life and the hope we have in Christ.
Memorial service will be held Saturday January 10, 2026 at 1pm at Mount Moriah Baptist Church1209 S Mulberry St, Brady, TX 76825
