obituary Connie Kelley-Frame 58 of Brownwood passed away at Abilene Regional Medical Center in Abilene TX, Sunday March 6, 2016 A graveside service will be held Friday March 11, 2016 at 11am at the Cedar Point Cemetery. A visitation will be held Thursday from 6-8pm at the Brownwood Funeral Home located at 2512 Belle Plain. Connie was born in Morton TX to the parentage of RB and Sue Foley-Kelley. She received her education from Childress independent schools. At Age 16 Connie Married Billy Baccus in Brownwood TX and to this union came 2 Sons, and In 1998 Connie Had a baby girl Hope Frame. Connie loved Arts and Crafts, and Making all types of Jewelry. Connie loved to Work, whatever she put her mind to doing she would work at it until it was finished. She was preceded in death by Father RB Kelley, mother Betty Sue Kelley, and brother Ronnie Kelley. Left to cherish her memories are 2 son Bryan Baccus (Amy), Michael Baccus, daughter Hope Frame, grandchildren, Caleb, Wesley, Deanna, Matthew, and Carson all of Brownwood TX, and a host of extended family and many friends.
