Cheryl Vaughn-Delce, 65 of Fort Worth, Texas passed away Sunday 09/17/2017. Services will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church at 1pm. A visitation will be held Friday from 6-8pm at the Church Cheryl was born in Kaufman, Texas to Idelia and Homer Vaughn. She moved from Kaufman, TX to Brownwood, TX at an early age, she worked numerous jobs but was most known for her teaching at Headstart. Cheryl eventually moved to Fort Worth, TX, where she would reside for the remainder of her life. Cheryl was always the life of the party, loved people--especially her family, and is remembered as always being a strong person and never complaining. Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Simon Delce, sisters Debora Blackman and Dovie Kathryn Hawkins, and also her brother Erskine Earl Hawkins. Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Latresa Jackson (Donald Earl) of Fort Worth; Her son David Morgan (Larale) of Brownwood; Grandchildren: Lamont Vaughn (Amber) of Brownwood; Aisha Coleman (Joe) of Fort Worth; Tattiana Morgan, David Morgan Jr., JuliusMcNew and DeAndre Goodman; Sisters: Karlous Wren of Fort Worth and Diana Wren of Arlington; a brother, Richard Charles of Arlington, numerous great grandchildren extended family, and many friends.
