Charles (Chuckie) Ellis Lackie II of Brownwood, TX died February 21, 2023 at Hendricks Medical Center of Brownwood. He was born August 10, 1954 In Lancaster, CA the son of the late Charles E. and Gladys Dunn Lackie. Chuckie was a retired Diesel Mechanic who grew up in Las Vegas, NV and moved to Texas 25 years ago. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, boating, off roading, grilling, cold beer, family and friends. He was funny, liked to tell jokes, kind, generous, had a big heart and treated everyone like family. He was loved by all who knew him. Chuckie is survived by his 3 Sisters: Brenda Brown and husband Irvin of Harrisburg, OR, Nancy Johnson and husband John of McConnellsburg, PA and Linda Moran and husband Wendell of Frankfort, KY. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 5 nephews, 9 great nephews, 5 great nieces, and many friends. He'll forever be in our hearts.
