Billy Ross Lemons 58 of Brownwood passed away at Brownwood Regional Medical Center, Monday September 5, 2016. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday October 1, 2016 from 6-8pm at the Haven of Hope Church. A Memorial Bike ride will be held Saturday October 1, Billy was born October 28, 1957 in Brady TX to the parents of E.J. and Barbara Lemons. At a young age the family moved to Faxon Oklahoma. Billy received his education from the Faxon public Schools. in 1974 Billy and his family returned to Brownwood and he worked at Williams Tire Store for many years. Billy loved riding his motorcycle at any given time, he also loved spending time with his grandchildren. Billy was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Rubin and Marie Fikes, and paternal grandparents Marion and Harlow Lemons. Left to cherish his memories are wife Katherine "Katie" Lemons of Brownwood, daughters Shirley Drake (Scott) of Abilene, Leann Roberts (Brian ) of Brady, April James (Howie) of Grandbury, son David Kincaid (Kimberly) of Brownwood, Parents E.J. and Barbara Lemons of Brownwood, sister Shirley Blevins (Ralph) of Brownwood. 11 grandchildren, 3 nieces, 1 nephew, close friend Shotgun, and host of extended family and many friends.
