Obituary

Mother, Sister, Friend and Nana, Betty Ann Deaver passed away at Hendrick Medical Center Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday May 12, 2015 at 12:00pm at Elmdale Baptist Church located at 233 Elmdale Rd. A visitation will be held Monday May 11, 2015 from 6-8pm at Dove Funeral Home located at 2500 N. 1st st. Betty was born June 22, 1950 in Abilene TX, to the parentage of Sheb Bramlett, and Betty Ruth Sayles. Betty received her primary education from Abilene schools. Betty worked in food service for the Abilene School district for a number of years before she started working for K-Mart where she retired after working for over 20 years. After retiring she worked for the Day nursery of Abilene. Betty was very family oriented and she loved kids. She was an amazing mother and welcomed all children in her home as they were her own. Betty was preceded in death by husband Kenneth Deaver, both parents, sisters Evelyn Webb, and Wanda Moore, and grandson Khole Jackson. Left to cherish her memories are daughters Betty Pannell (Huie), Charity Williams (Jay), son William Hardin (Anyssa), and brother Nathan Bramlett all of Abilene. 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
