Amador Arriaga, 58, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. He was born on February 13, 1968, in Goldthwaite, Texas, to Maximo Arriaga and Dora Arriaga (Radford). Amador attended Brownwood High School and later proudly served his country in the United States Navy aboard the USS Saratoga. On December 22, 1990, he married the love of his life, Laura Arriaga, in Hammond, Indiana. Together they built a family centered on love, faith, and devotion. Amador enjoyed spending time with his family and had a passion for watching his favorite football teams, the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Longhorns. He was also an avid fan of WWE, never missing an opportunity to watch his favorite wrestlers on SmackDown and Raw. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Braulio and Carmen Arriaga; his maternal grandparents, Lorenzo and Maria Rios; Wendall Radford; and several beloved aunts and uncles. Amador leaves behind to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Laura Arriaga; his children, Robert and Jessica Powell, Corina Arriaga, and Rey (Giselle) Arriaga; his sister, Isabel (David) Watson; his brother, Rey (Ramona) Arriaga; his siblings, Vivian (Matt) Boswell and Sonny (Erin) Radford; his parents, Maximo and Jaunita Arriaga and Dora Radford; and his treasured grandchildren, Kamaron, Amoriouz, Kason, Jackson, Hudson, Emerson, Berkleigh, and Wrenlee. He is also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends whose lives were touched by his kindness, humor, and unwavering love. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Donna, Nurse with Touching Hearts; Visiting Angels; Donald Dalton; Social Worker Sue; Nurse Laura; and all those who provided compassionate care and support throughout Amador's journey. The family would also like to offer special thanks to Heartland Church, Feed Store Ministries, and Pastor Charles Fales for their prayers, encouragement, and faithful support. Amador will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of love, service, faith, and dedication to family will continue to live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 2:00pm, at Heartland Church in Brownwood Tx.
