Alvin L. Gaines 56 of Brownwood Passed away Monday February 22, 2016 at St. Lukes Memorial Hospital in Lufkin TX. Funeral services will be held Friday March 4, 2016 at 11:00am at the Emanuel Chapel Methodist Church on Bailey St. Alvin was born March 21, 1959 in Brownwood TX, to the parentage of Aaron Gaines, and Ruby M. Gaines. Alvin attended school in Brownwood. Alvin was an outgoing man who loved to have fun. He loved his family, and would do anything for them. Left to cherish his memories are 4 children Patrick Thompson of Brownwood TX, Takiya Thompson of Ft. Worth. Crystal and Damon Thompson both of San Angelo TX. sister Ruby Jewel of Brownwood, TX. Three brothers, Lester Gaines (Mahalia ) of San Antonio, TX. Allen Gaines of Austin TX and Jan Brown of Abilene TX. 7 grandchildren 6 neices and nephews 11 great neices and nephews, and a host of extended family and many friends. Waiting at the gates are both parents Aaron and Ruby Gaines.
